SHIPPING
You can expect to receive your order 7-10 business days from the time it’s placed. Some products in our shop are made to order and depending on the product and size of the order placed, we may need extra time to prepare it for you. If our printing lead times exceed the estimate above we will reach out to you directly. Thanks for your patience and understanding! We are a small operation that truly focuses on high quality items and do our very best to get our unique products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Materials used
All printed materials are made with pet friendly PLA filament
All capillary rope is made from pure polyester with no harmful chemicals. Reusable for long term use and will not rot or mold. Must use RO or distilled water to prevent mineral buildup within the capillary from tap water. If tap water is used, over time it may stop wicking altogether
The black capillary mat used on our Dew-Pods and UF-H2O waterers is also pet friendly and made from material that will not rot or mold. Easily washable and reusable.
We only use stainless steel screen mesh for all of our ventilation and they will not rust
Returns or damaged product
Returns are acceptable within 7 days of the time stamped delivery date. The customer will be responsible for all return shipment costs and the refund will only be released once all items are received and accounted for. Pod-Wicks retains the right to withhold any monies for damaged products that are returned. This also includes but not limited to any items that appear to be used and dirty. Once the items have been thoroughly inspected, we will issue a refund.
Any and all damages must be reported with verifiable pictures within 48 hours of receipt. This will be 48hours from the delivery date and delivery time stamp.
In the event of a lost shipment, we will verify the shipping address provided was correct along with the shipping label and proof of delivery. Pod-Wicks will then perform an investigation and proceed accordingly. This may include replacing or refunding the order. Pod-Wicks will not be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments to apartment buildings, condos or lofts. We strongly suggest making arrangements with the front office or have your order shipped to a PO Box, relative or friend if you believe this may be of concern.
